Controls Matter is a safety initiative designed for Aeris Resources employees and contractors to understand the critical controls that keep them safe from the fatal risks related to their work.

We believe that our teams can better protect themselves and their workmates when they know the risks, check critical controls are in place, and speak up when they’re not.

We want all our people to know the risks that could end a life and the critical controls that could save one.

Everyone who is working on an Aeris Resources site is asked to “See it. Own it. Control it.”
